Traditional, Slot, or Joint Setup

When you log in to myClinicalExchange, your homepage displays one of three setups, which determines how you interact with the Rotational Workflow. This set up is dependent upon your school's configurations.

In the Traditional setup, the homepage displays the following:

  • Traditional Requests tab

  • Find Request # search box

  • New Request button

If your homepage is the Traditional setup, your school uses the Traditional Workflow.

In the Slot setup, the homepage displays the following:

  • Slots tab

  • Slot ID search box

  • New Slots button

If your homepage is the Slot setup, your school uses the Slot-Based Workflow.

In a Joint setup, the homepage displays both tabs:

  • Traditional Requests

  • Slots

If your homepage contains both a tab for Traditional and Slots, then your school uses both the Traditional and Slot-Based workflows.

To move between the two setups, select the Slots or Traditional Requests tab.
